Please remember that we are served by the 911 emergency service! We have very fine medical services and we are served by a great volunteer fire department. Medical evacuation by helicopter is available from the village.

Large grocery chains are located in Ft Collins. We have Albertsons, which is the closest. Located as you come in to north Ft Collins on College Avenue to your left. It has a great meat and seafood department. We have a very large King Soopers, located on south College Avenue and Harmony, which has great produce.

The Red Feather Lakes Library is located at 71 Firehouse Lane in the Village. It is open on Tuesday and Thursday through Sunday from 1-4 PM and Wednesday from 3-7PM.

Recreational Opportunities:
Fishing licenses, bait, tackle and supplies can be obtained at the Hill Top General Store in Red Feather Village. Special fishing passes for the private lakes in Red Feather Lakes may be obtained here at a nominal fee. Passes for fishing in the private waters of Crystal Lakes can be obtained at the Crystal Lakes Road and Recreation office. State fishing licenses are not required to fish the private lakes.

World Class Fly Fishing on Gold Medal Trout Waters of the Cache La Poudre River approximately 12 miles south of Red Feather Village and the North Fork of the Cache La Poudre River in Crystal Lakes by special permit. If you are interested in white water rafting, the place to make your arrangements is Rocky Mountain Adventures, located on the northwest corner of Hwy 287 and Shields St. The phone number is 1-800-858-6808.
